Free Shipping Notice:

Orders for 3D printers and AMS products (AMS, AMS 2 Pro, AMS Lite, AMS HT) placed through the US Store will qualify for free shipping. This offer does not apply to remote regions. And an oversize fee will be applied to H series. Please check the details below for more information.

*Due to changes in the logistics company's shipping charges, oversize fee will now be applied. Starting from January 4, 2026, 23:00 PM (PST), the H series will continue to offer free shipping in 48 contiguous states, but an oversize fee of $65 will be charged(excluding H2D, H2S standalone printer). Remote regions are not eligible for free shipping and will charge an additional oversize fee of $100(excluding H2D, H2S standalone printer)All H Series printers will be charged an oversize fee from January 26, 2026, 0:00 AM (PST).

According to the official announcement of FedEX and UPS,  the oversize fee basically exceeds $200. Bambu Lab has subsidized part of the shipping cost for our customers. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Tracking Information
You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in your order history in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
 
Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS, USPS, Yun Express, Ontrac, GC parcel, etc.
 
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
We can ship orders to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam(extra charges may apply). You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.
 
Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
 
Delivery and Inspection 
As our printers are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, Bambu Lab will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact Bambu Lab Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
 
 
FAQ
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our  Customer Support team within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
 
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact our Customer Support team.
 
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact our Customer Support team or shipping carrier directly for further help.
 
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
