We accept artwork in a wide variety of formats, including AI, PSD, PDF, CDR, EPS, and high-resolution JPEG or PNG (minimum 300 DPI). If you are unsure about your file’s compatibility, our design team offers a free format and quality check to ensure print readiness. Once we receive your files, we create a detailed digital proof—including accurate color representation, dimensions, text placement, and any special finishes—for your review and final approval. Production begins only after you explicitly confirm that every detail meets your expectations; we offer up to two rounds of adjustments at no extra cost to ensure satisfaction. For urgent projects, we provide expedited production services subject to current workload and material availability. Throughout production, we keep you informed of progress, and once completed, your order is carefully inspected and prepared for shipping.
