  • Can I fully customize the size and material of my sign?

     Yes, we specialize in custom signage. You can choose from a variety of
    materials such as acrylic, metal, PVC, or wood. Please contact us with your
    desired dimensions and we will provide a quote.
      

  • Do you provide design assistance or templates?

     Absolutely. If you don’t have a ready-to-print design, we offer graphic
    design support. Please send us your ideas, text, and logo, and our design team
    will create a mockup for your approval.
      

  • What file formats do you accept for artwork?

    We accept AI, PSD, PDF, CDR, and high-resolution
    JPG or PNG files (at least 300 DPI). If you are unsure about your file quality,
    feel free to email it to us for a free format check.
     

Artwork & Proofs

  • Will I receive a proof before production?

     Yes, we will send you a digital mockup of your design for approval
    before we start the production process. No production will begin without your
    final approval.
      

  • What if there is a mistake in my design after I approve the proof?

    We highly recommend double-checking your
    spelling and measurements. Once you approve the proof and production begins,
    any changes may incur additional fees.
     

Shipping & Delivery

  • My order is bulky/heavy. How will it be shipped?

    To accommodate your specific needs, Depending on the size, we offer a comprehensive
    range of shipping options, including air freight, sea freight, and
    international express courier services — so you can choose the method that best
    suits your timeline and budget.
    We always pack our
    items securely to prevent damage during transit.
     

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that
    international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs
    clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Installation & Maintenance

  • How do I clean and maintain my sign?

    For most acrylic or metal signs, we recommend
    using a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or
    scrubbers that could scratch the surface.
     

  • Is installation hardware included?

    For most signs, mounting hardware (such as
    brackets or screws) is included in the package. If your sign requires special
    installation (e.g., lightboxes), please check the product description or ask
    our support team.
     

Returns & Issues

  • Can I return a custom-made sign?

     Since all our signs are made-to-order specifically for you, we
    generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started,
    unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
      

  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

     We take packaging very seriously. However, if your item arrives damaged
    due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of
    the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
